HR Manager

FRF is a high-end consulting company, and our personnel is the key to service delivery and growth thus the HR function and this position is seen as vital to the company’s success. The role will be an important part of FRF’s agenda to grow to the next level and continue the track to become an industry-leading Risk Management consultancy company.  The position will have an active role in taking control of the HR agenda by owning the recruitment process, development tools, internal and external communication and being an important part of organizing the daily successful consulting agenda for the company.

Desired Qualifications:​

  • The candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Business, law, or another relevant Degree

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in HR, preferably in international organisations or organisations operating also abroad. 

  • Fluency in written and oral English language. FRF group language is English.

  • Finnish writing skills for professional communication are mandatory.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree from security risk management, business, law or relevant industrial or security risk management experience.

  • Education/certification from a well-established educational faculty in an area associated with security management, or emergency/crisis management from recognized educational institution or employer

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience of which 2 years proven track record working in high-risk areas

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English) at all levels – especially at a senior management level

  • Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)

  • Demonstrated strong networking and interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal with all levels of personnel

  • Must have good problem-solving skills and be able to quickly identify, define, adjust to and resolve problems
